Partner applications (prospective delivery partners). When you apply to join our delivery network, we collect: your name, company or team name, work email address, website or portfolio link, primary capability, and information about your team, track record, and experience.

Consistent with how we operate, we do not disclose your identifying details to a delivery partner beyond what is reasonably necessary to scope and deliver the engagement, and we do not disclose the delivery partner's identity to you.
With service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer relationship management — bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
